Details about this service: It is necessary to have a minimum of six teeth to support the endo guides, or four natural teeth including both posterior and anterior teeth, so that the models may be properly aligned. Plans that cover up to one quadrant with parallel implants and no more than four digital extractions are required. Additional charges may apply.
Service Includes: This service includes planning a clinical treatment plan including: importing CT scan and Model or impression, confirming the panoramic curve, drawing nerves and virtual teeth. Includes designing endo guide in the Blue Sky Plan software. This service also includes exporting the endo guide from the Blue Sky Plan software, printing the endo guide (using an FDA compliant material).
