Cost: $499

Details about this service: This service include the preparation of the Digital Treatment Plan and the manufacturing of All Aligners. After approving the digital plan, the correct charge will be added based on the number of aligners:

• Minor Aligner Cases, Up to 24 TOTAL Aligners - $499 (Midcourse Refinement for just $49)

• Larger Aligner Cases, Up to 80 TOTAL Aligners - $799 (One Midcourse Refinement Included)

This service includes loading the patient’s models, segmenting teeth and preparing final tooth positions. Models will be labeled with patient’s name and model number. A platform base will be added for vertical printing.

This service also includes the export of the models from the Blue Sky Plan software, the printing of the models and the creation of the aligners from the models.

Aligners and case replan can be supplied within a two year period of the initial order.

Cost: $89 per Jaw

Details about this service: This service includes loading the patient’s models, segmenting and annotating the teeth, cleaning the models and prepare an initial digital aligner setup. This setup is a CLINICAL Aligner Setup. While a clinician should always review the final plan prior to treatment, this service is ideal for a user that would like to receive a CLINICAL treatment plan.
A root based plan, based on the segmented CT teeth, is an additional add on option for $49.  CT Scan would be required.

Service Does Not Include: This service does not include the export of the model / aligner digital files, or aligner design, although these options are available for an added cost.
